This is my first attempt at a topsy turvy cake. I watched a tutorial, but didn't exactly follow the directions. I learned a lot and I think I am ready to try to make one the proper way. I made this cake for my twin nieces' 12th birthday party. My husband said this is one of my best cakes, and I think I might have to agree, which is pretty amazing because my daughter's birthday party was the night before and I was working on about 3 hours sleep.Friday, July 9, 2010
